STEP 1: Configure Your Birthday Wish Message Template
Navigate to the Templates section and click the "+New" button to create a new template message.
Select "Marketing" under the WhatsApp Template Message category.
Since you are sending a birthday wish, the Marketing category fits best for this personalized communication.
Choose the Template Type that suits your message.
Available options include TEXT, IMAGE, LIMITED TIME OFFER, CAROUSEL, LOCATION, VIDEO & FILE. For birthday wishes with special offers, choose "Limited Time Offer".
Select Your Template Language.
Choose the language for your message. Note that each template supports only one language.
Name Your Birthday Wish Template Message.
FORMAT: Use lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores. Avoid special characters and spaces.
