Enable Fixed Reply
Under 'Fixed Reply', flip the toggle to Enabled. A text box appears.

Away Message
Away Message triggers automatically when customers message outside your business hours. You set a time window (for example 7 PM to 10 AM), pick your timezone, and write the message. Chat Mitra does the rest.
If start time is after end time, the window spans midnight automatically (19:00 to 10:00 = evening through morning).
Enable Away
On the same Settings page, scroll to 'Away Message' and flip the toggle to Enabled.
Away Message only fires during your off-hours. During business hours, your team handles chats normally.
Set Hours
Set your 'Away From' and 'Away Until' times. Pick your timezone (default: Asia/Kolkata).
Example: Away From 19:00, Until 10:00 means the away message fires from 7 PM to 10 AM. Spans midnight automatically.

Write & Save
Write your away message. Be specific about when you'll reply. Click 'Save Settings'.
