Being locked out is annoying, but the cause is almost always small. Work this list top to bottom and you’ll usually be back in within a couple of minutes.
The quick checklist

Common fixes
Wrong URL. Make sure you’re on the official ChatMitra login page, not an old bookmark.
Forgotten password. Use the “forgot password” link and follow the email (check spam).
Browser trouble. Open an incognito window. If that works, the culprit is a cached file or an extension (often an ad blocker) in your normal browser — clear the cache or disable the extension.
Access removed. In ChatMitra, access is managed per project. If an admin changed your role or removed you, ask them to restore it — see team and user management.
Right URL? → Reset password? → Incognito? → Ask admin? → SupportStill stuck?
If none of that works, the issue may be with the account rather than your login — check account locked or restricted. Otherwise, get support with your account email and what you’ve already tried, and the team will help you back in.
