The difference between a five-minute fix and a day-long thread is detail. Include:
1. Your account email
2. The exact project
3. What you expected vs what happened
4. A screenshot of any errorExample: instead of “broadcasts aren’t working”, send “Project: StyleKart Delhi, account rahul@…, this error when I send the Diwali template” + a screenshot. That gets fixed in one reply.
Before you write in, it’s worth a quick check of the error codes (your issue might be self-explanatory) and system status (it might be a known outage).
When it’s a Meta issue
