1. Pricing and Charges
Chat Mitra operates on a pay-per-conversation model, charging ₹0.10 per conversation, plus applicable Meta fees. This pricing structure allows users to pay only for the conversations they use, providing flexibility and cost-effectiveness. Please note that charges are incurred based on the number of conversations initiated through the platform.
2. Refunds
Given the pay-per-conversation pricing model, refunds are not applicable. Users are billed based on the number of conversations initiated, and charges are incurred accordingly. We recommend reviewing your usage regularly to manage costs effectively.
3. Technical Issues
In case of continuous technical issues preventing you from using our service effectively, and if these issues are verified by our support team, a partial or full refund may be issued at Chat Mitra’s discretion. Users must contact our support team immediately if they face any issues.
4. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or for a service you did not authorize, please contact Chat Mitra’s support team. Upon verification of the claim, a full refund may be issued if the charge is found to be unauthorized.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your usage at any time. However, cancellation will only be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the usage, except under special circumstances that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
